Attend any or all vendor meetings on behalf of the bride and groom.

Handle negotiations, contracts, and deposits with vendors for your special day. 

We assist with the wedding guest list, seating arrangements, seating charts, and ceremony staging. 

Provide recommendations for guest transportation, lodging, and accommodations. 

Handle and secure hotel room blocks for attending wedding guests.

Arrange transportation for the bride and groom + wedding party. (If needed)

Provide referrals for hair, make-up, photography, videography, florists, and more!
