Wedding Coordination
  • Kickoff meeting 4 weeks prior to your wedding

  • We create an organized list of all vendors and parties involved complete with contact information and schedule details

  • We confirm all set-up/breakdown times with the venue as well as load-in time(s). 

  • We create an organized timeline for the wedding ceremony and reception. Afterward, we ensure all vendors are informed of the timeline and can meet any/all obligations. 

  • We pick up any last minute items needed for the ceremony or reception. (San Diego County only)

  • We provide 12 hours of continuous ceremony and reception coordination with compliments of your timeline.

  • We set-up, style, and arrange all wedding elements including escort cards, favors, guest book(s), table assignments, photo booth props, etc...

  • We coordinate and instruct the wedding rehearsal.

  • We are there to address and resolve any issues should they arise.

  • We make ourselves available to meet in-person for meetings as needed.
